A Note From MrKent

You may have noticed lately that this application is bogging down at times due to heavy usage. When the idea arrived to develop it I had no idea it would become so popular. But it is receiving so many hits in the morning hours that the database engine is having trouble keeping up.

In order to ease the load I have already made some critical adjustments but more still needs to be done. On Friday, August 31, 2007, I will be reducing the database size by about half. This will be accomplished by deleting records older than 15 days until further notice.

Records were originally left on file for 35 days, then reduced to 28 days in order to reduce database size. As of this-coming Friday they will be reduced to 15 days.

Be sure to make a copy of any records you wish to keep that will be more than 15 days old as of Friday, August 31, 2007.

ADMINISTRATORS: This will affect how often you, also, need to log into your administrative account.
