Your input is accurately placed in a database and kept for thirteen months. You can print off all of the ledgers and statements at any time. You can also print off and provide your members with a summary of their tithes and offerings. This makes your job much easier at tax time. No information is kept in the database that can be used by those who would attempt to perform identity theft. The only personal information would be the name and address of each member - to be used for mailings at tax time. As your church grows and God blesses you will probably want to use some of His Money to purchase more adequate software. In the mean-time please feel free to use this system of accounting.
